A practice built around continuity

Good primary care is a relationship. We make time to listen, explain options in plain language, and help you choose the next right step — then we stay with you as life changes.

About the practice
  • Listening first

Your visit starts with your story, not a rushed checklist. We want to understand what health means to you.

  • Clear options

You should leave knowing what we recommend, why, and what else is reasonable. Decisions stay yours.

  • Lasting habits

Medications and tests matter. So do sleep, food, movement, and stress. We help you change what you can sustain.

  • Continuity

We would rather know you well over years than see you once. Follow-up is part of the care, not an afterthought.

Questions people ask first

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes. New patients are welcome. Request an appointment online or call the office and we will help you find a first visit.

Do you accept my insurance?
